*If for any reason you are taking a medication that
has been prescribed by your doctor you are required to bring a list of such medications, with
prescribed dosages, to your scheduled testing appointment. Please keep this list in your possession
the day of the contest (May 1st) in case you are also chosen for urinalysis
testing.*
Local
Competitors: Will
have the opportunity to take their test up to five (5) days before the contest Monday through
Wednesday, April 26th through April 28th, at the Ascertain Polygraph
Services (APS) office location or Thursday and Friday, April 29th and
30th, at the host hotel (Cambria Suites). The scheduled testing time and location
will be given at the time each competitor is contacted by the polygraph
technician.
Out of State
Competitors: Will
have the opportunity to take their test up to two (2) days before the contest, Thursday and
Friday, April 29th and 30th, at the host hotel. The scheduled testing time
will be given at the time each competitor is contacted by the polygraph technician. This test
will be performed at the Cambria
Suites Hotel, 2970 W. Elder Street, near the Boise Airport. Click on Hotel Information here
for more information. At the Hotel ask the
front desk clerk for testing information. You will then be told in which room your test will be
performed. Seating and instructions will be placed on the testing room door to inform you if a
test is currently in progress.
Every
contestant must be polygraph tested during their appointment time. Thank you for your

All amateur, pro
bodybuilding and figure contestants
MUST BEa minimum
of
7years drug free.
Nutritional supplements products that are sold over-the-counter may not be banned by the FDA.
However, these substances can cause an elevated T/E ratio in excess of the 6:1 limit or
produce the presence of nandrolone or any other banned substance in the
urine.
As a
competitive athlete, it is your responsibility to research products before you purchase
and/or use them. To insure that you pass a urine test under the guidelines of the IOC banned
substance testing regulations, NGA's recommendation is "when in doubt, don't take
it!"
Urinalysis
Testing

During morning check-in
competitors will be required to read and sign a urinalysis waiver form.
Before the start of the
evening show contestants chosen for urinalysis testing will be contacted. They will then be
required to inspect the specimen bottle assigned to them, along with initialing the specimen
bottle security seal. Contestants that are chosen must provide the necessary sample needed to
thoroughly complete a urine test.
Each
competitor chosen for urinalysis testing must produce a required specimen before taking the
stage in the evening event.
